9:00am - 9:15am | Welcome – What’s Going to Happen Today (with one song from each of the teaching quartets) (15 minutes) 

9:15am - 9:25am | Physical Warm-ups (10 minutes) 

9:30am - 11:50am

• Individual Chorus Work
• Teach tag(s)
• Sectionals

11:50am - 12:35pm | Lunch, Socializing & Tag Singing (45 min) – Everyone 

12:35pm - 1:35pm | Combined Choruses on Stage (60 min)

1:35pm - 1:50pm | Socializing & Tag Singing & Snack in Foyer (15 min) 

1:50pm - 2:35pm | Individual Chorus – Barbershop & Choreography (45min) 

2:35pm - 3:30pm | Riser Rehearsal on Stage – All Choruses (55 min) 

• 2:35pm - Boys Chorus  
• 2:50pm - Girls Chorus  
• 3:05pm – Boys & Girls Chorus (group song)

3:30pm - 4:00 pm | Mic Testing – Quartets (and any high school group)

4:00pm | Clear the Auditorium - Singers Report to Rehearsal Area (allow the Audience to come in and prepare for Performance) 

4:20pm | Holding Pattern

4:30pm | FREE PUBLIC CONCERT
